Terms and Conditions
For any cancellations received in writing not less than seven 14 working days prior to the conference, you will receive 90% credit to be used at another ASM conference which must occur within on e year from the date of issuance. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by for all permitted cancellations.
In the event that ASM cancels/postpones an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another ASM even, which must occur within one year for the date of cancellation/postponement.
Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances. ASM is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an even. ASM shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or include, but no be limited to war, fire, labor strikes, extreme or other emergency.

are their own and do not necessarily
reflect the views of ASM, its employees, agents or contractors Please note that while
speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond
the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations
of the speakers and/or topics as such, ASM reserves the right to alter or modify
the advertised speakers and/or topic if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever.
Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on all marketing material as soon
as possible.
Delegate Substitutions
Provided the fee has been paid in full, within frame as per
our terms and conditions, substitutions at no extra charge can be made up to 14 working
days, before the start of the event. (Please send any notifications for such changes
to cancellations@asmcomm.co.za
Cancellations received 14 working days before the event starts entitles the delegate to a full credit of amounts paid (credit to attend a future event – not monies refunded). The credit must be redeemed within 1 year from the cancellation date.
Any cancellations received less than 14 working days before the event start date, does not entitle the cancelling delegate to any refund or credit note and the fee must be paid in full. Non attendance without written notice treated a cancellation with no entitlement to any refund or credit.
Delegate Cancellations

The Conference Fee entitles you to the following:
Morning + Afternoon refreshments, lunch and conference material but excludes travel and accommodation.
